Controllers, regulators, inverters & drives
We analyse faults in power stages, protection trips, current/voltage sensing and field communications.
Planning happens after diagnosis—we don’t swap IGBTs without evidence.
How we decide repairs
We do not replace parts without diagnosis. We inspect the fault first, assess whether repair makes sense, and only then confirm an estimate.
Component-level repair: whenever feasible we restore the original board by replacing damaged components, traces, connectors, relays, capacitors, internal supplies or control elements—avoiding unnecessary full module swaps.
Typical faults we investigate
- Drive trips permanently on overcurrent
- Regulator output won’t hold voltage
- Inverter fan always on with alarms
- MODBUS IO dropping after heat-up
Equipment we can inspect
- Compact and mid-size VFDs
- Industrial voltage regulators
- Evaluated DC/AC inverters
- PID controllers and mate power sections
What diagnosis looks like here
- Fault history review when available
- DC bus and snubber inspection
- Gate drivers and current sensors check
- Bench testing within safety limits
Technical diagnosis starts from 50,000 ARS. If after the diagnosis you decide to repair the device with us, the diagnosis is not charged separately. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnosis fee applies. The usual diagnosis time is up to 7 days. For simple repairs, the work may be completed within the same week. The final repair cost is confirmed after checking the device.
What to send on WhatsApp
- Exact make/model
- Alarm codes from the display
- Photo of the power board if reachable
Warranty
The warranty applies to the repaired fault and the work performed. It does not cover new faults, impacts, humidity, misuse, low voltage, external short circuits, or issues in other components that were not repaired.
FAQ about this service
Depends on extent—we diagnose first and outline recoverable parts.
