Technical diagnosis & quotation
Diagnosis is mandatory before real repair costs and safe repair paths can be defined.
Technical diagnosis starts from 50,000 ARS. If after the diagnosis you decide to repair the device with us, the diagnosis is not charged separately. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnosis fee applies. The usual diagnosis time is up to 7 days. For simple repairs, the work may be completed within the same week. The final repair cost is confirmed after checking the device.
We do not replace parts without diagnosis. We inspect the fault first, assess whether repair makes sense, and only then confirm an estimate.
- The estimate is shared after physically inspecting the device.
- No parts are replaced without your authorization or technical evidence.
- If repair is not economically or technically viable, we say so clearly.
- Whenever possible we repair at component level to keep the original board.
What diagnosis covers
- Visual inspection of the board and critical components
- Basic voltage and continuity checks where applicable
- Targeted measurements on suspect components
- Search for obvious shorts or leakage paths
- Review of internal supplies, connectors, relays, capacitors, traces and modules tied to the reported fault
- Client briefing on repair viability and next steps
Warranty on the repair
The warranty applies to the repaired fault and the work performed. It does not cover new faults, impacts, humidity, misuse, low voltage, external short circuits, or issues in other components that were not repaired.
