Industrial electronics & automation
We recover I/O modules, rack supplies and plant interfaces when replacing whole lines is too disruptive.
Deliveries and tests align with industrial constraints.
How we decide repairs
We do not replace parts without diagnosis. We inspect the fault first, assess whether repair makes sense, and only then confirm an estimate.
Component-level repair: whenever feasible we restore the original board by replacing damaged components, traces, connectors, relays, capacitors, internal supplies or control elements—avoiding unnecessary full module swaps.
Typical faults we investigate
- Single IO channel blown by field overvoltage
- Supplies with high ripple resetting nearby PLCs
- Industrial buses unstable after spikes
Equipment we can inspect
- I/O slices and expansion boards
- Industrial switch-mode supplies
- Compact HMIs after screening
- Smart sensors with embedded electronics
What diagnosis looks like here
- ESD-safe handling and photo logging
- Segment-by-segment isolation tests
- Short findings memo for your maintenance team
- Delivery note describing replaced areas
Technical diagnosis starts from 50,000 ARS. If after the diagnosis you decide to repair the device with us, the diagnosis is not charged separately. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnosis fee applies. The usual diagnosis time is up to 7 days. For simple repairs, the work may be completed within the same week. The final repair cost is confirmed after checking the device.
What to send on WhatsApp
- Machine sector and environment
- Voltage, dust and vibration context
- Manual or datasheet if available
Warranty
The warranty applies to the repaired fault and the work performed. It does not cover new faults, impacts, humidity, misuse, low voltage, external short circuits, or issues in other components that were not repaired.
FAQ about this service
Usually modules arrive at the lab; on-site visits only if explicitly agreed.
